With the spread of the new coronavirus, the uncertainty of life and work is increasing these days, and the keyword “resilience” is attracting attention in personal values and lifestyles, as well as in business.
“Resilience” is the ability to recover quickly from adversity with flexible thinking and strong responsiveness, without breaking down even in the face of threats. Japan's women's soccer team, Nadeshiko Japan, who won the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup, impressed many people by demonstrating their ability to stand up flexibly in the face of adversity and difficulties.
In this event, we invited people involved in the women's soccer team who continue to challenge various adversities such as gender barriers with "resilience", and thoroughly dissected and put into practice the "resilience" necessary for individuals and companies to survive in the future. We shared our know-how.

☑Things necessary to nurture individual resilience
- Ask yourself questions about how you live and work, such as "why?" and "what do you want to do?"
- Don't put yourself in the same environment passively so that you can meet new challenges and walls. Always proactively put yourself in a new challenging environment and face yourself to overcome the challenges, repeating this process will nurture your "resilience".
