After working in editing, publishing, and overseas copyright negotiations for books and magazines in the publishing industry, Motoko helped launch the Japanese edition of WIRED in 1994 and served as its business manager. She then established her own business and founded the online media company Mediagene Inc. (formerly INFOBAHN Group Inc.) in 1998 and founded the digital agency INFOBAHN Inc. in 2015 through an incorporation-type company split. She has been a facilitator at the Keizai Doyukai's (Japan Association of Corporate Executives) social gatherings since 2022. In 2023, she co-founded TNL Mediagene and became COO and president. In 2024, she was appointed as an external director of NOK Corporation.

``Wired Japan'' was launched in 1994. Serves as editor-in-chief. In 1998, he founded INFOBAHN Co., Ltd. (currently Mediagene ), which supports corporate digital communication. He has launched many media in both print and web fields, such as "Gizmodo Japan", and supports the digital marketing of domestic and foreign companies. He is known as a pioneer of content marketing and owned media. Since 2017, we have become the official Japanese partner of Berlin's international tech conference "TOA" and co-host programs in Germany and Tokyo every year. Currently, he is producing programs and fieldwork to co-create new innovations with a focus on the circular economy and biodiversity, and connects local governments and companies. His major books include ``After GAFA Future Map of a Decentralized World'' (KADOKAWA) and others. The book was translated and published in Korea and China. His main works include ``Free'', ``Share'', ``Public'' (NHK Publishing), and many other books.
Director and CFO
After working as a certified public accountant at an auditing firm, Hiroyuki became the director of finance at an operating company in 2015. After the company held an IPO, he joined INFOBAHN Group Inc. (now Mediagene Inc.) in 2017, became Director and CFO, and has headed the company's business management since 2018. Hiroyuki has served as a director of Group company Mediagene since 2019.

After joining the company (formerly INFOBAHN Inc.) in 2007, Tatsuki helped start up new media outlets and businesses. He became the Director and CSO of former Mediagene Inc. in 2015 and headed the business strategy division. Tatsuki was appointed as the Director and CSO of former Mediagene Inc. in 2020, and became Director and CSO of the current company in 2022.
