With Oikawa taking over as a director, the board of directors of MASHING UP, a general incorporated association, has now become four members: Fuma Kenji, Ogiso Mari, Oikawa Miki, and Yuko Endo . Taking advantage of the expertise and diverse perspectives of each director, we will further strengthen our corporate DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) promotion, ESG (environment, society, governance) understanding and information dissemination, and accelerate our activities to realize a more inclusive society.

Oikawa Miki (
Director of Dialogue Japan Society, a general incorporated association, graduated from the Faculty of Literature and Science, Tokyo Women's University. In 1991, he joined Pola Cosmetics Honpo Co., Ltd. (now Pola Co., Ltd.). Director of Product Planning Department in 2009. He became an executive officer in 2012 and a director in 2014. He has experience in product planning, marketing, sales, and more, and has since 2020, retired from the company's CEO and end of 2024 as the company's CEO. He has been appointed as a director of the Dialogue Japan Society since 2021. We support the operation of the Forest Museum of Inclusive Social Entertainment, located in Takeshiba, Tokyo.
